Uplifting
I’m always taken by surprise when handed a compliment. Who, me? Cheryl Wright has done me the honor of a compliment by giving me the Uplifting Blogger Award. Part of the obligation of receipt is to pass it on to the blogs that, in turn, inspire me. Of course, Cheryl’s is one of them.

There are so many blogs I find uplifting. How can I possibly choose just a handful? Since this is a writing blog, I narrowed it down first to other blogs dealing with writing in some form. From there it was just hard. Only six? I can’t. Seven will have to do with the understanding that Cheryl is on that list also.
Everyday Thoughts from Life – Sal is always inspiring. He and Jess are just wonderful people.
Writing Base – Sumar is so kind and helpful. Her post about her Zen seat just cracked me up. She educates, enlightens, and encourages.
Blue Duck Copy – Jamie speaks straight from the heart. She is forthright, passionate, and knowledgeable.
The Innocent Flower – Lady Glamis is just wonderful.
The Jungle of Life – Lance has loaned me his shoulder proactively in the past. This man really cares about his readers and his community, and it shows.
J C Hart – Cassie can be too hard on herself, but she’s also a writer to the bone. Her take on life and her energy for words help keep me going.
Kiersten Writes – What a bundle of energy and talent! She’s also short, like me.
There are so many others! Anthony Pacheco, Zoe Westhof, and Michelle Sutton…I could go on for a while. Thank you for encouraging and uplifting me.
